First time he came was great a few years ago! This last time he was going to be here last Monday to do front brakes never heard from him never came by!! Can not message him or call? What happened?? He never got back to me! Not anyway to run a business!!! Sorry
Contacted Richey’s for a quote. He immediately responded with a very reasonable quote. We scheduled for Wednesday at 3pm and he told me he’d contact me the day before to confirm. I never heard from him. Messaged him Wednesday morning because I had taken leave from work for this afternoon appointment and nothing. Read my message but never responded and never showed. If you value your time do not bother with Richey’s.

Josh is a great and honest mobile mechanic in this area. You can't beat his prices!
Unfortunately after a great initial experience with the replacement of all brakes and rotors, my rear wheels started experiencing some wobble after a few months. I followed up with Josh and on AUG 23, he told me the rotors were warped, under warranty, and quoted just the labor to re-install. Thought that was great, but tried to schedule the work and Sept 7 was the last communication that was responded to. I have followed up every few days and here we sit on OCT 6th with no reply.
