We have had several issues with our Townhouse and the Property mgmt has not successful had any of them fixed. Electrical issues work for 2 days and when we call to say the same issue occurred on the same outlet, we are told we have to pay to get it fixed bc it was fixed once. (What about warranty for more than a week). We reported black mold on walls with pictures which they discounted. They support their clients but do not support their tenants.
