Technician, Ken replaced a very difficult RO Faucet (rusted & leaking) he went the extra mile to double check to be sure everything was done correctly including water pressure to tank, placed a turn-off valve (as there wasn't one for changing filter cartridges and checked water pressure at the main water turn off for the correct pressure.
