Olivia is a wonderful and extremely knowledgeable therapist. She is warm and present, but also extremely professional in her work. She would be an incredible resource for anyone looking to navigate life's challenges in a healthier way
Great experience
I attended Olivia's nervous system retreat and it was lovely. She created an event that allowed us to feel open to share our experiences and learn from others. She provided practical exercises that can be done in the everyday hustle to help reset the nervous system. I highly recommend working with her if you're feeling on edge and wanting help to enjoy the everyday life more.
Olivia is an amazing counselor and instructor. I attended the Calm: A Nervous System Retreat this past Sunday and highly recommend it. It was educational, compassionate and applicable to my life and expertise as a counselor.
I went to “CALM: A nervous system retreat” led by Olivia. I learned tools to help regulate my nervous system to be more calm and happy, including meditation and yoga. Not only did I leave feeling calmer and happier, I truly felt connected and seen by the other people in attendance. Highly recommend!
