I had my first visit to Richert Lumber Co., Pleasanton, CA. It was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had in a lumber/hardware store in the bay area. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. From the moment I got out of my car, I had 2 gentlemen in the lumber area direct me to the back store entrance, (I parked closer to the lumber than the entrance, and was confused where the store entrance was).
