Our son has a shoulder injury and we have been seeing Dr. Toole. He is very helpful with explaining options and what to try. I'm thankful for a Dr. who is open to options. That is very hard to find now days. Thank you Dr. Toole! Highly recommend him!
Edit: temporarily upping to a 4 star review. Receptionist took my complaint and is filing it with the site supervisor. Glad to see them take this seriously. My first visit was 5 stars hands down. Unfortunately, this has been poisoned by a very troubling interaction I just had. I went to the family health center to inquire about a walk in visit for a pinched nerve in my back. The below issues were worked out, common sense prevailed, my surgery was on the original date of 1/5/26 and now 3 weeks post surgery I can say that Dr. Takemoto did a great job. The bend in my knee is 115+ degrees, I'm able to straighten my knee out to 0 degrees and I've been walking on my own for a week now. Today is Fri. 12/19/25 I'm scheduled for knee replacement with Dr. Takemoto on Mon. 1/5/26. I was just called and told they are moving my surgery to 1/12/26 because she will be doing an emergency surgery during the time I was scheduled. Seems strange that the person requiring "emergency" surgery can wait 17 days until 1/5/26 but can't wait an additional 5 days to have theirs done on 1/12/26, makes you wonder what kind of an emergency it is.....my tough luck I guess.
