On August 29th a female phoned my wife confirming a September 2nd appointment with Dr. Williams and said we needed to pay a $200 past due account. When my wife came home and told me I phoned Dr. Williams office. I told the lady we hadn't received any billing. She said the call was wrong and the actual amount was $137. Further, she said we can pay when we get the bill. Wife went for the scheduled appointment today and they refused her because we hadn't paid the $137. Still have not received a bill. Dr. Williams is an absolutely wonderful doctor. They're honest, will sit with you and answer absolutely any question without ever making you feel rushed or invalid, and just generally kind and informative. I highly recommend them! P.s. they're super queer friendly too!
