RichCO Residential dried out my home after my water heater leaked all day while I was gone and I came home to a flooded house. I was devastated and lost, to say the least. I was referred to RichCO from a friend who had a similar experience and BOY was I GLAD I decided to use RichCO. They billed my insurance company directly for the dry out bill and there was no problems and went very smoothly.
