This was the first time I had to board my cat, I’m so happy that the Richboro Ritz Pet Resort was her first experience. The staff is wonderful and Baby received a lot of TLC during her stay. After three months of staying with Ritz, my lovely cat Moorka is with us again! I wish I could take all the resort with us to where we're moving, so next time we need a help like that, I would be happy to leave Moorka with you and wouldn't have any doubts that she would be left in good hands of amazing people. I can't thank you enough for being so amazing! The best place to leave your little four legged ones while you busy living your life.

My 2 girls, Pip & Autumn spent 7 days at Ritz Pet Resort while we took the grandkids to Disney. I admit I am OCD when it comes to my girls, but the resort was just fantastic in their care for them. The girls stayed together in one of the Suites downstairs, had a sofa and chair to retire to since a dog bed here at home are foreign words to them. They smelled so good and looked very healthy. Richboro Ritz Pet Resort takes the best care of our dog when we have to be away. They even send us daily text updates on how she is doing.
I recently boarded Bella my 7 month old sheltie mix. It was such a wonderful experience (I have had bad experiences at other kennels). When I picked Bella up she was her normal silly self. Knowing she was in such good hands and receiving text messages throughout helped me enjoy my vacation without worrying about her!! I could tell she was having fun. I plan on boarding her at Richboro Ritz again. Thanks again!!
