Unhappy with the NO REFUND policy that is NOT discussed prior to purchase. Was able to exchange the item (that couldn’t be worn) for a different item that I didn’t really want and it was the same price but the manager would not offer the same discount even though the sales associate had calculated the price with the same discount. Employees are great!
Bad return policy, bought a neckless got it gift wrapped and so on. 2 days later I was no- longer need the necklace they will only be eligible for store credit. It's 2 days after purchase and unopened. The salesman was happy to point out the policy on the back of the receipt.
