Unhappy with the NO REFUND policy that is NOT discussed prior to purchase. Was able to exchange the item (that couldn’t be worn) for a different item that I didn’t really want and it was the same price but the manager would not offer the same discount even though the sales associate had calculated the price with the same discount. The $200 savings ended up being a $49 savings after the exchange.
