Went there for my watch to be sized even though I had bought the watch somewhere else. Not only was service superb but they did it free of charge. I thoroughly enjoyed browsing at all their unique and staple pieces!
Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable
I bought a ring at Richardson's a couple Christmases ago. There was a glitch with it we discovered this summer. I visited with Matt about it. There was no hesitation on making it right. He was very efficient in correcting the issue. This situation showed the importance of shopping locally and shopping with reputable businesses like Richardson Jewelry. The service and product provided to me was second to none. Thanks Matt. BTW, thanks Nicole as well.
I brought in my watch that needed bracelet sizing that I bought somewhere else, they did it right then no questions asked and no charge. All the other places just gave me estimates on when they could adjust my watch strap.
