We’ve had our house for less than a year, and our air conditioner already broke in the middle of summer in a brand-new home with a brand-new unit. Even though we had a warranty with this company, they told us the broken part wasn’t covered, and we ended up paying $800 out of pocket. To make matters worse, the person we spoke with was rude and dismissive over the phone. The warranty felt worthless, and the customer service made a bad situation even worse. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
