Very bad experience. I stopped by to get and estimate and agreed to have them repair my vehicle (minor damage to rear bumper, tail gate and right rear quarter panel). When I came to pick up my vehicle, I noticed that the plastic cover on top of the rear bumper had not been replace and was just attached with a plastic wire tie (which was the condition when I dropped the vehicle off).
