Seamless & Human First Experience - Dealt with Martina, Aaron and Kelvin & Ozlem, we had a very unique situation and very poor experience with another agency, moving to Mosman to grow roots. Were very communicative, efficient, zero BS and even greeted me at the property with the owner to assist on our first day. In a generally heavily scrutinised industry, a good experience stands out even more, can recommend them to others.

Kirsty seemed very aware of the state of the market and ready to adapt to changing conditions, balancing client hopes and such changes with tact but not shying away from reality. She held weekly face-to-face meetings with us, rang after every viewing, and reported in writing on what occurred at each viewing and/or contact with would-be buyers. She used every resource to attract viewers.
