My experience with Richardson and Wrench Maroubra caused me to feel stressed and upset. After being a first responder to a traumatic accident involving my apartment, I opted to move out due to subsequent residual feelings of stress associated with the apartment. This review is a long time coming as I had not had the time to sit down and write it. From the beginning David Hotait has been prompt and professional with all our queries regarding our rental property. He was also incredibly supportive during our move when we finally purchased our own place back in October. We had a terrible experience with the property agent, Faddy. First, Faddy insisted via email that we leave a 5-star rating, which felt very inappropriate. The communication with this agent was poor, and maintenance requests were largely ignored. Over the 2.5 years, we rented the property, no renovations or necessary repairs were arranged. Terrible property management after Faddy left. Kept pressuring me to approve work orders, and tries to get away with doing less by telling me to speak to the tradesperson directly. I will upload the full email correspondence if they deny/defend this post for what is pure laziness and unprofessional conduct.
