They are very irresponsible, calling multiple times to inspect and fix the mould issue but not respond for years, when i moved out they were just worrying about charging money in my bond but haven’t respond to refund the remaining of the bond. I had emailed them many times they don’t bother to reply. Will call the cop and fair trading to solve this issue.
