Thank you to RVC I recently lost all of my pets in a house fire. My dogs were found quicky and buried. It took us a couple of days to find my cat. When we did, it was late on a Friday afternoon. RVC was able to take him and cremate him very quickly. They were so compassionate and understanding. Actually, when they heard about my situation, one of the vets covered the cost of the cremation. Wonderful vet office I can't say enough good things about RVC. I deal primarily with Dr. Ruth but all the doctors and staff from the front desk to the back are very kind and professional. If you live anywhere in Richardson you should take you pet here.
Best Pet Care - Richardson Veterinary Clinic My Mom has been taking her pets to Dr. Heymann at Richardson Veterinary Clinic for over 20 years. Recently our puppy got sick and Mom insisted we take him to Dr. Heymann for a 2nd opinion before we let our neighborhood vet treat him. Our puppy is well, happy, and healthy after 1 blood test and some medication instead of many tests and hospitalization the 1st vet quoted us. Thanks Dr. Heymann and thank you Mom.

SAD GOODBYE Leaving after 20x years of animals under Dr.Brantley's care. New operators make TOO many errors and I am responsible to my animals. Terribly incorrect diagnosis about my dogs "cancer" which my groomer found was a cut on a paw. Recent diagnosis of "take these pills" and feed our food. NO BLOOD work done. We are gone and at new vet. Possible addison disease. Dr.Brantley is the very best but the new owners are not animal lovers- just have degrees. Sorry to see the best pet service fall to such depths. Great vets My parents and myself have taken our dogs to Dr. Brantley and Dr. Heymann for at least the 35 years of my life. We feel like the care we get there is nothing short of incredible. As others pointed out, the waiting room sometimes gets backed up. This is because they take the time needed to take care of the animals. I came to fully appreciate that recently when it was my dog having an emergency and we caused the waiting room to get backed up. Fabulous Vet Dr. Brantley is the only vet I would ever take my pets to see; his office may be small but I go there for the exceptional care for my pet; not the spaciousness of the waiting room. Dr. Brantley is especially wonderful treating aging pets; I know he gave us at least three more years with our 16 year old cat after two other vets said she needed to be put down. R.V.C. - THE BEST !!! We have been taking our animals (5 generations of Samoyeds) to the R.V.C.- primarily Dr. Brantly - since the early 70's. I can say without hesitation that this is one of the finest veterinary clinics in the Metroplex...if not the entire state. Great VET! This is a great clinic! Dr Brantley is the best vet, very kind and caring and so experienced that he can diagnose and treat anything. I recently saw Dr Ruth there and she is also excellent and compassionate. They don"t do unnecessary tests that run up your bill and although their waiting room is small, they manage it well and the girls up front are all very courteous. Don"t go anywhere else!
