RecommendedThe quality goods are here and the business is family-owned. They treat the People with respect. Their mark up is now higher than it used to be, but you won't get taken to the cleaners for shop made items with synthetic stones. If you're serious about your Native American arts, this is a must shop on your list.
Excellent quality Navajo rugs with large selection.
Stopped here in June, great service and we bought a lot of jewelry, prices very fair. We had a wonderful time and would come back to Gallup just to stop here again!

Larry Fulbright and Sue Keeler have become special friends. We love to go to Richardson's! The rugs are fantastic and Larry has such a passion for the quality of the rugs and for the weavers and the art of what they do. These two folks keep us coming back for more!
The staff was very coragal but they basically lose interest and ignore you if your not there to buy something. Which is normal considering it's retail. But if the staff engaged more and helped locals as well as the tourists it be a great place to shop. Their pawn sucks. Don't pawn here they will low ball you and then sell it back at a higher price.
