I just picked up my mower after repair. when i first saw it I thought it was a new one, sparkly clean. I told them I did'nt want a few things fixed (trying to save a few dollars) they fixed them anyway without further charges. One tug on the rope and it's off and running. They have my bussiness from now on!
My husband sent me in to get a new mower. The man that I worked with was very helpful and pleasant. He did not treat me like a dumb woman, but explained options very patiently to me.
Bill the service manager is always helpful and honest, he is willing to talk to you on the phone, give you suggestions and walk you through things if you need help. So I know when I do bring my john deere in for service that he will be honest, he will do work that is necessary and charge me accordingly. That means a lot to me in this day and age.
What a friendly sales staff, especially Marty. Great experience with the others that have helped me.
Best parts in town and friendly service. Marty always finds the part that I am looking for. Everyone there has a great attitude.
Parts manager is best in Dallas, very helpful and a cool guy. Do not know how I ever managed to order parts without Marty. Mark the delivery guy has a really good attitude! :)
Richardson Saw & Lawn Mower is anxious to sell, but not service products. Bought expensive lawnmower and had clutch cable break in first year of use. RS & LM declined to cover repair under 5 year warranty, stating that breakage was not covered under warranty. Avoid this dealer and use one that stands behind their products.
Great PLace ! Great People ! Get the job done right the first time. Knowledgeable staff and large inventory.
