I relocating from Virginia to Charlotte and , I was in need of a Prosthetic that was comfortable for my foot and that i can remove from different shoes/ sneakers, from the time I learned of Mr.Richardson it was like a dream come true, not only was I was satisfied but his entire staff made me feel welcomed, to me it was more than a visit its a pleasure to have people that care about your need, I highly recommend such professional care to anyone. Thank god they are 200% better than HANGER. Hanger just wanted me for my insurance benefits and ordered a KAFO with lockout that I told them i didn’t want just so they could bill my insurance more. I experienced just the opposite from Richardson. Just professional honest service, nothing done purely for the money only in consideration of the clients needs
Travelled from Baltimore, MD to Charlotte, NC to support my spouse on his journey to get a prosthetic leg. Rondell and his team were simply amazing. The love and passion that they showed, to not only provide a service, but to go above and beyond to ensure that every need was met, has truly blessed our lives. My spouse came in on crutches and walked out a new man! We are forever grateful to Ronnell and the team.
With the most amazing bedside manner ever, Dr. Richardson remains the ever knowledgeable, professional, and personable individual he's always been. The VA sent me out for care with Dr. Richardson; thankfully, a couple of years ago and here I am again in 2025, happy to return. Please understand it is a choice for providers to accept the insurances carried by both active duty service persons as well as veterans.
