They must have relatives write the good reviews. You call, pay $99 in advance, and you assume it will apply to the fix. They farm it out to other RANDOM plumbers. Then you get calls from the random plumbers who barely speak English. They show up in an unmarked van and generic uniforms, then they want $280 to unclog a simple toilet with too much toilet paper. I showed them the door.

I called to make a service appointment with these folks. They said I needed to pay a $99 charge in order to set up the appointment, which I did so because they said they could be at our home the next day. They called back shortly to say they wouldn’t be able to be there as scheduled… It would be the next day and I said OK. My son said he did not want to wait two days to unclog the bathroom toilet/shower… and he would call another plumber. I immediately called back Richardson plumbing to cancel the appointment.
