I called Richardson Plumbing Co Inc after seeing all the positive reviews online about his work. We had a leak in our basement and had no idea what was causing it. Well it took John maybe 30 seconds to see what the problem was and how to fix it. He explained in detail what he would have to do to fix it and after I gave him the go ahead, he not only fixed it but made it better than it was before (it was my whirlpool hot tub leaking).
