We had an emergency in our downstairs bathroom so we called Richardson Plumbing to take a look at it and fix the problem. BIG MISTAKE!!! Kevin came and recommended a job that was completely unnecessary and DIDN'T EVEN FIX THE PROBLEM. He also overcharged us about double what it cost to do the job that he did, which again was unnecessary. So in the end: 1. We still were unable to use both of the bathrooms in our house 2. The plumber is nice. It ends there. Completely. I wouldn't even recommend them to an enemy Sure, ask the plumber to give you a quote. It does N-O-T matter. He will bait and switch you. He will quote you for one thing and when he starts working, he will end up CHARGING YOU DOUBLE by the time he's done. Oh, did I mention that nothing got fixed?
