My hot water healing element burnt up. I let Erica know the office manager she got right on it the day after the labor day and got a new one for me. Shaun the maintenance man was fantastic it was hard to drain . He took care of me he said he would get it done today. I really appreciate Erica and Shaun. The maintenance men here are great I appreciate Bill as well. I've been here 4 years...Thanks to Erica Ashley Bill and Shaun. They are a great team and care about their tenants. Thank you again.
They don’t really do make ready apartments very nice they smell like old cigarettes the maintenance is not that great from what I’ve experienced for what people pay in rent that do live there it should be much nicer cleaner and kept up better
Have had a great move in experience, Ashley was super helpful and made the process very seamless !
My husband and I are both retired and moved in a few days ago. Our apartment is clean and spacious. The property is beautiful. well maintained and peaceful & quiet. Ashley was very kind and efficient helping us with our move in. Bill in maintenance is great! It's a wonderful place to call home!
Great place to live. Our neighbors are so nice and the office staff and maintenance are outstanding. They’re quick to help and have fixed any issue we have ever had. 10/10 would recommend 💖
