First time living in an apartment complex here. With that being said, my personal belongings were safer being in the city. I thought that being in a community apartment complex would mean something along the lines of "we are a community, and we take care of our people" but in reality, they want $1533.00 per month for a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment when they originally told me it would be 1386.00 plus $85 cable & internet fee not 1386 plus internet and cable plus whatever other fees they'd like to add until the total is $1533.0... read more

I love the layout of the apartment I do think it's too much rent for the area and for what you get if they would lower it even $200 a month I would say forever. Maintenance is great and prompt, office staff lacks a little compassion but is not unpleasant. I just think it's a little expensive for what you get. Other than that I love my apartment. Got turned down they issued my deposit on march 25 it is now April 10 . I have called them several time and all they can say is I have 30 days before they will reissue me my check. That's crap it shouldn't take this long.
