I requested homeowners quote, renters quote and two separate auto quotes and never could get anyone to follow up with me. I called in 2-3 times after I gave them all of my info and they kept saying they needed Richard to be the one to give me my quotes. Cheryl finally called me and the whole tone of that call was honestly just bad.
