My mom came in due to her drink being spiked at a concert. She was vomiting violently and was in and out of consciousness. Not to mention, the emotional trauma of being slipped something. She was asked questions she could not answer due to being incoherent which is definitely not best practice. I brought my son here twice in the last year for x-rays for his foot and arm. Both times we were seen quickly, everyone was nice and attentive, and genuinely had a great visit despite the reason for being there. Excellent Hospital and kind staff.

I have been calling for the last 3 hours and the phone keeps saying busy and the call is forwarded. 24 hour care and you can’t reach anyone. I see all the bad reviews now, I was trying to take my friend to the closest emergency room and now I regret it. So far she is not having a good experience either with the staff and the lack of professionalism.

Took someone there. Was supposedly listed as emergency contact. I got calls and tests to review my patient experience. Called the hospital and pointed out the error and was told it would be corrected. I received texts from 2 different departments there about “my” tests. I called again and was told my number would be removed. Now I’m getting calls and texts from bill collectors. Not sure if it falls under violation of patient information or harassment but I’ve never been to any Methodist for any reason ever and I keep getting... read more
