Moved to this area about a year and a half ago, since then I’ve been bringing my kid’s here if I have any late night emergencies and it’s always been good and doctors and staff have been nice up until tonight. My mom came in due to her drink being spiked at a concert. She was vomiting violently and was in and out of consciousness. Not to mention, the emotional trauma of being slipped something. She was asked questions she could not answer due to being incoherent which is definitely not best practice. Dr. Carlos Morales immediately made her feel like she was just another drunk person in the ER. I brought my son here twice in the last year for x-rays for his foot and arm. Both times we were seen quickly, everyone was nice and attentive, and genuinely had a great visit despite the reason for being there. Excellent Hospital and kind staff.
