Just wanted to send out a sincere “ Thank you” to Mr. Richardson (Joel) for saving our family’s Memorial Day weekend. Both our Carrier central unit and our Mitsubishi high wall supplemental unit were failing to cool sufficiently. Joel came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, made repairs on both in short order and for a very fair fee.
