For many, many years this property management company has allowed human beings to live in varmint infested, unsafe electrical (non code) living conditions. I set up an appt to have someone show me a rental. When they did not show up, I called the office and I was told someone was on their way. I waited another 45 minutes but nobody showed up. Not good service..... I did meet with a realtor the next day to see the house. They still had times mixed up. I scheduled for 4 and they had 3 written down. I thought KEG RENTAL WAS BAD! You might as well rent out your property yourself dealing with these people.

We have never experienced the level of poor service and communication this management company offers. Everyone in this office is either always out of the office or on their lunch break. We have been trying to get in contact for 2 weeks now for a management transfer for an owner and been given the complete run around. It is very clear as to why this client wants to discontinue service with this company. Very unprofessional and poor service. Absolutely do not recommend them at all!
