Great service and sales. Mike Jones and the Richardson family are the best
First time here for me, I had a free oil change coupon given to me from the Richardson location in midland (thank you again for this) and after service was completed I noticed on my invoice the oil put in my truck was 5w20 on invoice. My truck calls for 5w30 only. I called them out on this, the service adviser asked the mechanic what he put into my truck and I watched the mechanic tell him 5w30. Very comfortable experience, from start to finish. Drove 2.2 hours to get my vehicle because they played no games.
I have bought through them for years! I live in Ohio, 3 hours away and I still only buy through them. They even drive me my vehicles to my door!! As a matter of fact..I got a new F150 at close of business this past Friday...it was delivered in Ohio on Monday!!!! You will NOT be disappointed..They have the best customer service that you will ever receive! If you need a new vehicle..GO TO THEM NOW. You won't regret it.
