I have had several appointments with this business in the past for me and my daughter. They are closed on the appointment times and don't bother to give a call to inform you. Today, again, the same thing!!! My family will NEVER go there AGAIN!!!

I am plesantly pleased with Dr. Richardson most of us have anxiety about dentists. Dr. Richardson and his staff put you at ease from the get go. I am in the process of dentures and a plate being made. He pulled the last of my teeth Aug. 15 2008. He makes sure you ar not in ANY pain before he starts the process and takes you step by step and when he is finished he lets you know what he is going to do your next trip to his office. All I can say are good things about Dr. Richardson and his Staff. Robert Joyner Rossville TN.

Dr. Richardson is an excellent, honest dentist. His office staff is very professional and caring. Dr. Richardson always has time to see his patients; I have never had to wait longer than 30 minutes to be seen. I have only had to call one time for an emergency appointment and was seen that day and did not have to wait long. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in the Shelby/Fayette County Area.
