Great experience at First Sight Family Vision - nicest people and easy to work with and easy to talk to. They were very clear with explaining the process and the results.
Friendly service and Dr Egbert is fantastic, knowledgeable and concerned about her patients.
Went their with my mom to help her pick out frames. Not only where they extremely helpful and helped my mom get the best deal with insurance before she even asked- rude costumer at the front when we walked in, she was extremely rude to the lady at the desk as she apologized and tried to help and fix her problem, I appreciate good customer service when I see it. Extremely satisfied. Employes here treat everyone with utmost respect and professionalism with a smile and the sweetest attitude.
I had an appointment with Dr. Egbert & it exceeded expectations. The petite technician with the brown hair in a bun, glasses and light accent was also helpful. Overall, this experience was even better than last year. I felt the doctor checked everything in detail and explained options and processes with a useful level of detail for a patient who is newer to eye care.
Very high level of service. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Friendly. Accomodating.
