Love, love, love!!! The doctors here. I just had a very unpleasant experience with the front staff. I had called to ask if there was a way for the office to send me a copy of my prescription digitally as I was going out of town and was planning to get glasses away from home. The woman I was talking to, with SO much attitude said, "yeah, that's against the law and that's not allowed." Dr. Egbert is very porfessional and communicates well. The patient feels at ease.
I had not been to an optometry clinic since I was child (MANY years ago) and was unsure of what to expect. With that said, I had a wonderful experience during my first appointment at First Sight on August 15th, 2025. Everything from scheduling the appointment to check-in, meeting with the staff and the provider during the appointment, as well the check-out process and obtaining my new lenses!
