Wow! I have been to a number of optometrists throughout my life, and none have compared to the wonderful experience I had here. The staff was all so welcoming and friendly. The office is so beautiful, clean and inviting. Dr Egbert did such a great job talking me through the different testing, was so knowledgeable and patient as he educated me about my eyes. Doctor miscommunicates with patients with trail lenses, then miscommunicates to his staff how to use said trail which makes the problematic communication worse. Front desk staff complains loud enough for me to hear from their couch that she doesn’t want anyone to call the office (isn’t that your job?) because she had to study for a test. They misquote you on insurance coverage for lenses until you have them actually call your insurance to get an accurate copayment. Friendly service and Dr Stephanie is fantastic, knowledgeable and concerned about her patients.
We are a family of four out of five high-maintenance blind mice and First Sight has taken care of us all for years. From guiding me through the decision to get cataract surgery to offering my daughter lenses that significantly slowed her myopia, Dr. Egbert has been there. Most importantly, he’s an easy laugher so I always leave feeling funnier than when I came in. The whole staff and the new facility are lovely.
