The front desk staff should mind what they say when there are patients present. They were complaining that patients were constantly calling the clinic and asking questions. They also made a comment that a patient is being annoying for asking so many questions... I may be wrong, but isn't answering patient phone calls and questions a part of the job? Love, love, love!!! The doctors here. I just had a very unpleasant experience with the front staff. I had called to ask if there was a way for the office to send me a copy of my prescription digitally as I was going out of town and was planning to get glasses away from home. The woman I was talking to, with SO much attitude said, "yeah, that's against the law and that's not allowed."
