Our experience was great. We went in knowing the type and color of SUV we wanted. Of course, that was the one color they didn’t have on hand. They spent the next couple of days searching for the car and color we wanted at another dealerships in lower Michigan. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received!
Richardson's has been a pleasure to deal with. After several vehicles purchased by my family over the years, they continue to make you feel comfortable in any deal. Ad in the picture says it all. Its a lie. Don't believe there ad.
They will not honor the gm power train warranty. I was informed the truck was leaking oil and the service manager was very arrogant when I tried telling him it should be covered under warranty. Larry the service manager said I would have to pay out of pocket so I went to a different dealership and they took care of the problem. It was indeed covered under warranty.
