Grab electric tape and zip ties from Walmart down the street and you can fix it yourself better than this place. Over promise and under deliver is the motto.
Absolutely terrible customer service in the service department. Scheduled a day around bringing in our Tahoe in for a recall and they didn’t bother to communicate until I arrived at the dealership that there weren’t going to be able to perform the service on the vehicle, even though the appointment was set up over the phone a week in advance. If you need service work done I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
Avoid buying a vehicle here! My son bought a 2022 truck about a year and a half ago the transmission just went out in it. Richardson brother service department tried to tell me my son did not have a warranty when I pulled up the paperwork and prove to them that he did then they were backtracking and had nothing else to say except for bring the truck in. They have had the truck for going on for months now. Every time I call them and ask them for a loaner because mind you the warranty will pay for a loaner. They always tell me... read more
I wouldn't even. Give them a Star period I WAS TOLD MY OIL CHANGE WOULD BE FREE ENDED PAYING FOR IT MANAGER WAS NO HELP HE WENT BY WHAT HIS EMPLOYEE SAID NEVER AGAIN WOULD I GO HERE NOT TO MENTION THE WAIT WAS 2HOURS AND 38 LONG DONT TRUST THESE LIERS GO ELSE WHERE.....
Place sucks got two cars both lasted 30 ,000 miles both broke parked at dealers don't know what's wrong with them one has 20 miles on it thay don't care only want you money.. better business in victoria tx
