I’m beyond frustrated with this whole situation. They kept my truck for almost TWO MONTHS and didn’t even provide a substitute vehicle the entire time. After a full month of waiting, my husband called the main office and was told the part we needed had supposedly been mailed out TWO WEEKS earlier. When I picked up my car it was dented and an animal had gotten inside but I was not informed of any of that.
Sorely lacking in customer service. Excuses were all that were offered when I had to make the calls for status updates... No one could be bothered to help with anything. Not going back there again. I'll drive into SA next time.
They were the best experience in buying a car ! Carmen made it so easy for me to sit home and had my car delivered to me ! Trusted them to the fullest . Thank y’all so much for my beautiful 2026 traverse .
