Walter is the best mechanic in the bay. I bought an old car with 15 years of paperwork done by Walter so I continued to bring that car in and had the greatest experience. Walter is fair, a great communicator, and does amazing work. He’s also incredibly pleasant. Years later I now live an hour from his shop but still bring my cars to him because I know I can trust him.
I got a regular check up about a month ago. When I picked it up they said there were no issues and charged me almost 300$ (including an extra fee to replace the battery in the fob). Now a month later my battery on my car is completely shot and I had to get it towed and replaced and they said they key fob battery was low. Do not trust richardson automotive.
Walter is super knowledgeable, honest, and kind. Very lucky to have found him. I won’t go anywhere else!
Been going to Walter for my last 2 cars. Great guy and totally trustworthy. How many mechanics can you say that about?
