nice service I recently had some collision damage to my truck repaired by Richardson Automotive Body Shop. I wanted to express my extreme satisfaction with the shop in general, and specifically with Alex Burgos who handled my repair. Tommy was Excellent, Others are Average I have actually used Richardson Automotive on three different occasions with two different Estimators. The first time, my girlfriend at the time had wrecked my BMW in the rain and her insurance covered it (State Farm). Tommy was my advisor and he did an excellent job overall, but it did take a little longer than expected to get everything repaired (had some setbacks getting all the parts, some were special ordered).
