Tommy was Excellent, Others are Average I have actually used Richardson Automotive on three different occasions with two different Estimators. The first time, my girlfriend at the time had wrecked my BMW in the rain and her insurance covered it (State Farm). Tommy was my advisor and he did an excellent job overall, but it did take a little longer than expected to get everything repaired (had some setbacks getting all the parts, some were special ordered).
