The mechanics did a A1 job on my AC it blows cold as Ice. With a warranty. Customer service A1 he didn't try to manipulate or up sale me on unnecessary options. I am a US Navy Veteran and live on a fixed income so quality and price are paramount. The time they did it in was lightning fast. I am going in for my struts next month. I know I can trust these folks and they made a repeat customer out of me. Note for the owner, you got great men working for you and keep up the fine work.

My car recently broke down and i had no clue on what to do or how to help my situation and Richardson Auto Care was a saving grace. They were so understanding and helped me tremendously. They called me after the diagnoses and let me know what was happening even though I was three hours away. They also let me leave my car at the shop over the weekend till I could figure out what I needed to do! I am so very thankful for them. I suggest this place!!!!

Chris is awesome! He got more busy than he expected the day I was going to drop my car off, but he still took the time to come out and take a look at my car. The dealership had told me that the CV axles needed to be replaces and so I took it to Chris. After about 5 minutes looking at it, he assured me that it didn't really need to be done since we couldn't get it to make any clacking noise when turning. Thanks again Chris!

Absolutely love this place! They don't talk down to me just because I'm a woman, which would be a mistake, because I am also a mechanic. They don't do unnecessary work just to make a buck and they are willing to explain what they have done and what should be done soon, as well as what can slide a little if needed. They don't laugh when you try to explain with crazy gestures and noises! Everything is done with professionalism and still that small town feel we all love so much. Chris and his staff do good work at extremely competitive prices. He is honest and fair--he once sent me to another shop when I needed a service, telling me his guys could not do that particular job for as little as the place down the street. I respect and appreciate that very much, and it is why this has become my go-to garage in Seguin.
