Richardsons apartments is on the square of martinsville has a beautiful view of the courthouse and the downtown area. The building itself is an older building of the area and does need repair but the cost of living and price for rent living there makes this a great place to live. Neighbors and people are martinsville are great and easy-going it and is a great place to save money. Four out of five stars
This building needs drastic improvements to follow in line with the downtown rehab. It really brings down the quality of the square.
It's a nice apartment with a great monthly cost . Highly recommended .
