If I could give this company zero stars I would. We had them install an HVAC system five years ago and have had nothing but problems with the system and the management team (Rick). The system has never worked properly and they keep trying to put a band-aid on it rather that take the time to diagnose and fix the issue. The management team is condescending and unresponsive.
