I’ll try to keep this post as short as possible— but I’m compelled to take the time to write about such a great customer service experience. I was recommended this towing service by the car dealership that my car was being dropped off to. Its New Years Eve and Richards Wrecker moved a playhouse for me. The 2 men were well equipped and knew exactly what to do to get the playhouse safely from Heph.Ga to Evans Ga. Very fast, friendly and at a reasonable cost. THANK U SO MUCH FOR A SERVICE WELL DONE!!
Richard was GREAT....He made sure that my husband's car got to the repair shop. Definitely would recommend Mr.Richard.
I wrecked my car, most likely totaled it. It was my fault, my car was not drivable but the other lady's car was almost totally fine. An onlooker called Richard's for me, I had no experience with them before. They were fast, and the owner's son, Justin, was great! I defiantly felt better about the entire terrible situation after we were done. One key note: They are located at 107 Prince Dr. in Martinez, GA 30907 now.
My car was promptly picked up from the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. Excellent service and customer service! I will recommend this company to all of my family and friends! Thank you so much for being such a blessing!
