I would never recommend this travel agency to anyone. We had a bad dealing with them on a charity event. They charged us $500 for us to have a cruise raffle for a non-profit charity in which the winner chose the $1000 optional prize. This agency did absolutely NOTHING, plus got free advertising by having their name on the raffle ticket (which we paid for).
