Having a car towed is never fun but Richard’s towing made it very easy. They came and got my mother and I very quick! We were in Akela and typically companies say it’s going to be hours to wait but Richard’s Towing was there in less than 30 minutes! And the gentleman that towed the car was beyond professional-he was very polite and kind and that isn’t something we find a lot of these days. I was driving solo on I-10 when my car just stopped. I tried to contact my insurance for roadside assistance and could not get my location to take. So, I searched for "local" tow companies. I clicked on the first one which turned out to not be something local, as they wanted me to use my Google Maps so they could find me. My phone was overheating and could not open Maps.
