Making us pay in advance should have been a red flag but we took it as them being confident in, and standing by, their work. Unfortunately, we were wrong. They printed our signs completely wrong and unusable. They refused to refund our money. They refused to make it right and redo them. Their only solution was for us to pay full price to have them print them again- with no guarantees they would do it correct this time.
