I just got hired on with this company and I can tell you from an insider’s perspective that this company is great!!! As far as the previous review, we are closed Fridays and I’m sorry your experience wasn’t good.
Very rude and unhelpful Customer Service. The lady who picked up was very short and "unable" to find my order. She seemed irritated by my questions and blatantly made it clear that she was not going to help me figure out what happened with my order. She had the same demeanor with my Coworker as well. When I called back to speak with the Manager she told me that they're closed Fridays (Not according to your website?) I simply needed someone to help me find out what happened to my order.
