Owner of Richards came out to our house 4 times and had to fix a problem from a previous company that had put in the wrong motor. He went above and beyond what he needed to do to get us set up. He was amazing. So helpful. He also gave us a great price especially for all he did. Will definitely call him again when needed. Thank you!!

Richards team went above and beyond to get the job done right! Previous company was lazy and broke the lid to pump the tanks. Jesse replaced the lid and got the job done the correct way. Thank you for your excellent service.
Being a customer of theirs for 19 years, I was treated very rudely today by Jesse. He offered to show us how to remove a filter when we needed it done this fall after we spent $1200 with them in January 2018. He agreed to come by Monday night (10/29) but never showed up or called. When I called today, he showed up angry with no apology and said I should have had him come Saturday when he wanted to! Poor way to treat a good customer. I will never use them again!
