We had an emergency in our apartment, and I called 5 different plumbers. Richard’s Plumbing said he was on a job and would come in an hour. He came and assessed the situation and fixed it. He also, noticed the chain attached to the flapper valve was the reason for our problem along with the clog. He took video evidence and wrote a report which we can use to show our landlord.

Here the funny story, it was late at night, a piece of my water filter break down, in calling 5 different personne before Richard’s answer his phone, he could not come but instead of saying “ I can’t goodbye”, he help me on the phone with my problem, took time to explain me how to resolve it. Richards Rooter and Plumbing has great reviews but my experience was disappointing. First, it was $250 to even come to our apartment building (which would then be applied towards the repair.) Then it was $750 (so an additional $500) to cut open the wall and find the leak, even though I correctly identified where the hot water pipe was leaking based on feeling a warm spot on the wall.
