We were so grateful to find Richard when we had a time-sensitive gas leak. He responded right away, got us on the schedule within 24 hours, quickly figured out the problem, and had everything he needed to fix it that same day. What really stood out was his honesty and integrity. He didn’t try to upsell us or take advantage of the situation, his pricing was very fair, and he communicated with us every step of the way. He also left everything spotless when he was done. It’s incredibly hard to find an honest, reliable contrac... read more

I called Richard when I had a clogged drain in my kitchen sink. He was able to come the following morning to my great relief. From start to finish, Richard was punctual, courteous, and professional. The P-Trap had to be replaced as it was corroded. The quality of his work was very good, and the price he quoted was reasonable. He gave tips on maintenance, and also cleaned up the kitchen area before he left which I very much appreciated. Richard was quick, professional and insightful. He resolved an issue with a backed up sink and leaking pipes, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He also offered to check out any other plumbing-related issues while still on site and worked to address another minor issue. Highly recommend his service.

Richard is a great communicator and plumber. He responded to my call promptly and when he arrived at my home he was able to identify the leak and fix it quickly. He also helped with a separate Toto wash let problem that I’ve had for years. Highly recommend

Richard was a lifesaver! We had a broken tankless water heater on the older side and he was able to get it fixed up no problem at a reasonable price. When diagnosing the problem, he clearly walked us through the pros and cons of our options, then after servicing, he walked us through each thing he did with patience for all our questions. Would definitely recommend for any plumbing issues :)
