Richard arrived on time and efficiently fixed a clog affecting 4 apartment kitchen sinks. I was especially grateful because another plumber from a different company had come the day before, couldn't fix it, lied and said he'd be right back, and then abandoned us and also lied to his boss that he couldn't access the apartments. So to have Richard come in and expertly get the job done was wonderful. I'd definitely hire him again.

Richard is professional, explains his work in a calm and patient manner, and recommends the best course of action before executing flawlessly on the work. He has installed a new water heater and added a loop to the pipes. I now get hot water in 10 seconds instead of 2 minutes! His prices were competitive for the work done. I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

We had an emergency when a pipe connected to the tankless water heater burst and started flooding the backyard. My tenant was panicked and didn’t know what to do, so I called Richard right away. He answered immediately and was able to come out on short notice, which I really appreciated. Once he got there, he quickly figured out the issue, explained everything clearly, and gave helpful suggestions. Richard was able to attend to an emergency plumbing situation at my home within hours. He worked quickly, communicated the issues, and provided cost effective solutions to all of my issues. I required a sewer cleaning in Beverly Hills as well as a bunch of other small projects and he handled them all. Would highly recommend.
