I had a very frustrating experience with Richards Rooter and Plumbing. I called them to fix a clogged drain, and the technician arrived late, then quickly diagnosed the problem without properly assessing the situation. The job was poorly done, and the clog came back within a few days. When I reached out to the company for a follow-up, they were unresponsive and didn’t offer any resolution.
