I hired this company for stain removal. Originally I was informed that this service would cost $75.00 for the service (Labor and parts/chemicals included) and that they would bring my pool back to normal. When the came to perform the final service they informed me that after two days if my pool still looks cloudy I should dump another jug of chlorine in the pool and that would bring my pool back to working order. Once we decided to proceed with the project Scott was able to get the heater ordered and installed within 2 days. Just in time for the weekend! Scott is easy to communicate with & very polite. We highly recommend Scott for all of your pool & hot tub needs.

We bought our home a few years ago and Richard’s pool service / technician Bobby was already servicing the pool. I decided to just stay in board and I’m so glad I did . Bobby does a fantastic job . He is kind , polite and professional. He communicates well if schedule change /time is needed . We needed to make a change about a year ago to a certain time weekly when someone was guaranteed to be home to relocate or dogs so Bobby could get to the pool. Bobby has been fantastic accommodating. Honestly, just really glad we found this company. They’re dependable and our pool always looks good, which wasn’t the case with a different company. Scott’s been great. Easy to talk to, shows up, gets it done, and doesn’t overcomplicate things. It’s just been a smooth experience all around.
