RIchard's plumbing was dispatched through our home warranty service for faucet repair and Steve called right away to make an appointment. A week or so later Steve came back to install a couple new ones then voluntarily offered to replace and properly plumb the drain pipe in the bathroom. We'll be having hem back to do a couple more jobs. He is honest and knowledgeable, I highly recommend Richard's plumbing for any plumbing needs.

On our first appointment with Steve, he efficiently fixed multiple problems related to our kitchen sink and faucet. On another visit, he addressed a faulty trigger for the septic pump from our shop. When he finished the latter job, he asked whether there was anything else he could fix as long as he was out (as part of the basic service-call charge) and was quickly able to retrieve a piece of a splitter that had broken off and jammed a nice garden hose. He does good work at low prices and is friendly.

I never leave people had reviews, but this plumber no-showed me three times. I’ve had a clogged toilet for 11 days now and after the third no show, when I demanded he keep the third appointment we made, he hung up on me. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional.
