A++ whenever come back to South Florida always love staying in Hollywood area as can stay at great hotels for amazing price. $54 and room in front of pool. Front Desk guy Shawn is awesome and always friendly and put me into an upgraded room when really didn’t have to do so. Thanks for being great Motel w/ great friendly service. I know this is just a motel! And I shouldn't have any expectations! But the customer service/ is terrible unfriendly ! Oh well I forgot this is Miami. 🙄
This place is a crap Motel it's not a three-star it's a one-star! Their no refund policy allows them to run a crappy motel that's dirty with hair on the sheets and towels and floor and shower and not be held accountable because they will not give you your money back under any circumstances! Plus it's a bad crime area. Who knows the amount of dark sin that has taken place here. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra money and stay someplace nicer. Waste of my hard earned money.
