Paid for room and no one was there to check me in. Had to cancel reservation
Jen at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. We had several pieces of luggage with us and needed somewhere to leave them while we waited for our room, and Jen was incredibly accommodating and took care of everything for us. She had such a warm, positive energy and gave us such a good first impression of the hotel. You could really tell that she cared about making guests feel comfortable and taken care of.
