Cannot recommend Richards enough. We bought our monument for my mother from another company, and we will say things were not working out. It was recommended to us to call Richards Monuments to get our stone set. After hearing our problems and other people who were taken advantage of in times of mourning, they offered to set the stone for free. It’s nice that there are still good people and companies in the world. Cannot thank them enough. Great company and people.
My husband and I had purchased our monument from American Memorials that has been on the news for swindling their customers. Our stone had been sitting in their parking lot since October. I finally called Richard's to inquire about having it set and within 2 days they picked it up and set it for free. They are a wonderful and caring company. I highly recommend them.
My dad passed away and his tombstone was purchased at American Monumental where come to find out the company was taking money and not delivering headstones in which my family was affected. Richards Monuments is the most accommodating. Their employee Jason has the most amazing talent, compassion. He actually took his time to understand where my boyfriends heart was at in creating their headstone.
